President and Founder

Don entered the home care industry after his stepfather suffered a catastrophic work injury that left him a paralyzed C-4 quadriplegic who required hands-on assistance 24/7. The available care services continued to fail his stepfather until Don decided to take matters into his own hands in 1986 and started an in-home care company.

In 2003, Don founded Family Home Care, Inc., a family owned and operated in-home care agency headquartered in Arizona. Since then, Family Home Care has expanded to locations serving all of the Phoenix metropolitan area and select areas in California.
